The aerial yoga classes from AIR Yogalates is a creative training method that combines yoga, pilates, dance and aerial circus arts, using a type of hammock suspended between 1 and 3 feet off the ground. It executes movements in suspension with or without the ground and in inversion.
The method is suitable for all ages and has also been adapted for pre and postnatal (without inversions).
